Templates

Are you getting the most out of the Actionstep practice management system? One of the best features of Actionstep is its powerful document assembly function that allows you to produce beautiful, automated templates.

Getting this right means complex documents can be assembled with the click of a button, pulling together data captured from your matters, including custom and conditional data fields.

Actionstep is highly customisable but it can be a time intensive process for lawyer’s to build their understanding of the various merge fields and then automate their documents. So why not let us get do the work for you.

 

The process

  1. Send us the document that you’d like make a template in your system. We’ll then review it and assess the work required to automate the document.

  2. We’ll consult with you to get an understanding of any branding and style elements that need to be applied (this is optional - you might like to do that part yourself if it’s required)

  3. We’ll get to work coding up your template. For this part we’ll need access your system (with your permission of course) to code and test the template. This could involve creating and assigning Actionstep participant types to the relevant workflow or setting up custom data collections which will be assessed on a case by case basis.

  4. Once we near completion we’ll send you the test document for your review and incorporate your further feedback/requirements.

  5. Once these have the nod of approval we’ll load the template to Actionstep and you’ll be all set to make beautiful. automated documents.
